“In short, EMDR has been life-transforming for me. When introduced to this method of therapy, I was skeptical and hesitant; it was much different than any other therapy I had experienced. “I was feeling stuck in many aspects of my life. I started noticing patterns of behaviors that I wasn’t happy with, but I kept telling myself that it was all just part of who I was. I truly believed that it was just my personality and that I had to learn to live with it.
